“Update From Oblivion”
So we’re amping up for peak season and it’s been a wild fucking ride. Lmao. To put it mildly: some of these so called adults couldn’t muster the work ethic to kill a wet dream and YET somehow they still manage to do so! What the actual fuck?! Also, I’ve developed a case of pneumonia early last week. Was sent home or to Patient First…depending on my preference…so I told my boss “You foot the bill and I’ll go, get better, stay home & be ready for peak!” My boss looked me square in the face and said: “Your words, not mine…send me the bill…don’t think I won’t fucking do it! We’re gonna NEED you!” Needless to say: bill sent and covered. Feeling much better AND I haven’t had a cigarette since Saturday night. That’s been tough…HOWEVER…a have good people who have made me see I’m worth self care and the best person is MY person… Yeah, I met someone and she’s the bees knees!!! Legit super amazing and just my cup of tea… For the love of cheese and rice!!! She’s an intelligent, silly, midweste...
