“Music Teachers”
I love to spread love via the medium of music. Share sounds to those I hold near and dear. That is one of many things that make my chest pump flow. Giving auditory awesome to people who I see need or want or should have something more in life.
My youngest is hooked on Berried Alive.
His favorite is “”Blood Orange”.
I’ve done this with quite a few bands over numerous generes. Music and food can heal the hate of the world. Feed them and hear them...you change minds in a sense where convergence is possible and key.
“Princess Blanket” by Berried Alive hits me harder than a cement truck covered in C4 and shot down with a plane full of bullets. The audio is calm, smooth, easy going like a great love story. The lyrics ring in a sickening way when I had to make a decision...one that changed two whole worlds.
Music is my faith. Sound is my goddess.
If it wasn’t for music I’m sure suicide or evil intent would’ve consumed me. Been in bands. Made music alone. Worshiped vocals and words.
...maybe that’s why I write these things...
Explaining your story is supremely important and you can do it with or without sound and yes, combining the two make the journey more impactful. It makes more sense and leaves a resignation unlike any other.
Both of my sons and I have songs that make us laugh, cry, stare into walls, think, decompress, get angry & sooth.
Music is like food: you can introduce, take a taste, build a pallet & enjoy what suits you. It’s all about trust and acceptance.
Thanks for hearing me.
